How does Otrivin unblock your nose

As Aussies we’ve got so many things to do within a day, and having a blocked nose can really get in the way of life. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

Winter can be prime time for a blocked nose to come and get in the way of our day. A cold, flu or even some hay fever can hit you when you least want it and treating it can be slow and frustrating.

When you’re suffering from cold or flu symptoms, you’ll do just about anything to get rid of it. Often, the facial tissue might be your first solution for treatment of a cold or to help clear your nose. However, if blowing your nose alone isn’t providing sufficient relief, you might consider using a decongestant nasal spray to clear your blocked nose.

For Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 spray per nostril. Use 2 –3 times daily, as needed. Do not use more often than every 8 hours.

Otrivin® contains the active ingredient xylometazoline that helps to open up and clear nasal passages by reducing swollen blood vessels. You may not know that it’s actually these swollen nasal blood vessels that lead to the creation of excess mucus1 a.k.a snot! This may be why, tissue after tissue might not help you get rid of all that snot and unblock your nose fast.

Thankfully, Otrivin® nasal sprays can help unblock your nose fast.
